Come and stay in this charming apartment in the heart of Arcachon, which can accommodate up to **2 adults and 2 children.** You will appreciate its comfort as well as its **immediate proximity to shops, the market, restaurants and especially the beach, located just 500 m away.**
Everything can be done on foot or by bike, which will allow you to easily discover this beautiful region and fully enjoy its seaside atmosphere. From the morning, you can enjoy a breath of fresh air from **the balcony.**

Upon arrival in this apartment you will discover the bright living room with its access to the balcony. You will find a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children. You will have a dining table and an open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, it has everything you need to cook with induction hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a Krups coffee maker.

The apartment does not have a private parking space. There is free public parking 100 m away. However, be careful in summer as this car park can be full, we recommend you use the train instead with the station only 300 m from the apartment.
