Moored opposite the Port du Crouesty, this apartment has a balcony of 8m2 and a very beautiful view of the Port du Crouesty, its boats and its entrance; enough to offer you a peaceful and rejuvenating stay! It is also located a few hundred metres from the Fogéo beach and beautiful walks around the Petit Mont are at the foot of the residence. And for even more relaxation, you will find in the residence a swimming pool and a paddling pool to treat yourself to a refreshing swim. It is also 5 minutes walk from the Miramar ***** Thalassotherapy Centre.
The apartment has just been renovated and is beautifully decorated. You will find a living room with a view of the outside; its sofas and armchairs invite you to a moment of pause to chat. Then, you will discover the dining room, ideal for gathering around good meals, and finally the kitchen, modern and fully equipped. It has a ceramic hob, a refrigerator (quite small), a microwave, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster.
When evening comes, you can go to bed in one of the two bedrooms. The first is on the ground floor and will delight children with its bunk bed, while the second is upstairs in a master suite with an adjoining bathroom. It will be ideal for parents or a couple, with its large double bed (160), offering comfort and serenity for a good night's sleep. You will find a fifth sleeping place on one of the two sofa beds in the living room.
For even more convenience, you will find a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, and upstairs a bathroom with toilet, a hairdryer, as well as two reserved parking spaces.
