This accommodation for 5 people will appeal to you with its clever and practical facilities. The entrance first leads to the bathroom with a bathtub, an independent toilet, and a bedroom rather intended for children, with its bunk bed and its third bed in a trundle bed.

In the living area, the kitchen space has a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob for cooking good meals. A dishwasher is also there to spare you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.

Next, we discover the dining room with its large bow window, offering a clear view of the harbour, and seating around the table, which gives this room a very welcoming feel. Next to it, the TV lounge with its sofa bed cleverly transforms into a bedroom thanks to sliding panels that isolate the room in the evening.

Between lounging on the beach, relaxing at the thalassotherapy centre, strolling around the port and culinary discoveries, this accommodation is ideal for a well-deserved holiday with family or friends.

Outside, a beautiful 12m² terrace will allow you to enjoy the view over the garden and prepare delicious grilled dishes thanks to the plancha at your disposal. As a bonus, you benefit from access to the heated communal swimming pool of the residence, open from 15 June to 15 September – perfect for cooling off at any time of day!

This 28m² cocoon, welcoming and bright, opens onto a warm and well-organised living space. A lounge with 2 sofas and a television allows you to relax in front of a film or sporting event after a day of activities. The dining area overlooks a functional and well-equipped open-plan kitchen: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster and kettle. Everything is designed so you can cook and enjoy good home-cooked meals.

On the night side, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x200) awaits you. A sofa bed (double) in the living room can accommodate additional sleeping for one person. The bathroom, with shower and hairdryer, completes the apartment.
