Its new kitchen is fully equipped, with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and for breakfasts, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
Behind the kitchen bar, a contemporary table and chairs welcome you to enjoy the fruits of your culinary work. The living room offers a welcoming relaxation space, thanks to its sofa bed, to watch television or enjoy a good book, comfortably settled in the sofa's chaise longue.
The large bay window in the living room opens onto the 10 m² terrace, its living room and its superb sea view.
