Its new kitchen is fully equipped, with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and for breakfasts, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
Behind the kitchen bar, a table and its contemporary chairs welcome you to enjoy the fruit of your cooking work. The living room offers a welcoming relaxation space, thanks to its convertible sofa, to watch television or enjoy a good book, comfortably settled in the sofa's chaise longue.
The large bay window of the living room opens onto the 10 m² terrace, its lounge and its superb sea view.
On the sleeping side, the bedroom consists of a single bed in a mezzanine, above a double bed. The bedroom also has access to the balcony. A new bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer completes this property. An independent toilet is located in the entrance of the accommodation.
