Located on the first floor of a building with a lift, in a quiet environment close to all amenities, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant 8 m² balcony, accessible from the living area through two large bay windows. Fitted with sunbeds and a table, this space is perfect for enjoying a coffee in the sun or sharing meals outdoors.
Inside, by taking the entrance corridor, you will access a beautiful, bright and friendly living room. The living room consists of a comfortable sofa, two rattan armchairs and a television, offering an ideal space to relax. The dining area, with its glass table, can accommodate up to 4 guests for moments of sharing. The open-plan kitchen is functional and well-equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook like at home.
On the night side, the apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms:
