A large bay window brings in beautiful natural light and provides access to a terrace of 14 m² facing West, perfect for enjoying an aperitif in the sun throughout the day. The dining area, located on the other side of the room, has a table that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The open-plan kitchen, with induction hob, is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals with ease.
On the night side, the apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your personal belongings.
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation.
There is no private parking space, but free public parking is available 150 metres from the accommodation.
For added convenience, the apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
