Designed to accommodate 5 people, its privileged location in the town centre, 400m from the magnificent Écluse beach, makes it a rare and highly sought-after property. Located on the 1st floor with no lift, the apartment's charm takes effect as soon as you step through the door. The main room has a double reception area. On one side, there is the dining room with its beautiful wooden table and 1950s sideboard; on the other, a cosy lounge with armchairs and sofa blending modern comfort and retro charm, as well as a television.
