On the night side, the apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: a first with a double bed (140x200) and a magnificent view of the ocean and the island of Cézembre, and a second bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x190), ideal for welcoming children or friends. A beautiful bathroom with a shower, WC and hair dryer completes the accommodation.
For added convenience, the apartment also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Although there is no dedicated parking space for the accommodation, you can find free parking spaces around the church.

This is a beautiful old apartment from the 20/30s freshly renovated that we offer for your holidays in Dinard. Designed to accommodate 5 people, its privileged location in the city centre, 400m from the magnificent Écluse beach, makes it a rare and highly sought-after property. Once you have parked your car, you can practically do everything on foot.
Located on the 1st floor without a lift, the apartment's charm takes effect as soon as you pass through the door. The main room is a double reception. On one side, you'll find the dining room with its beautiful wooden table and 50s sideboard; on the other, a cosy living room with armchairs and sofa blending modern comfort and retro charm, as well as a television. A pleasant somewhat bohemian atmosphere emerges from this living area with a (non-functional) fireplace and its large windows.
