Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace of 17 m² offering a magnificent view of the sea. Equipped with garden furniture, it will be perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors or relaxing in the sun while admiring the coastline.
Inside, you will discover a beautiful, bright and friendly living space. The living room, fitted with a comfortable sofa and several armchairs and a television, has a large glass door directly accessing the terrace and letting in beautiful natural light. Just next to it, the dining room offers a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people to share warm moments. The independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen includes a vitroceramic hob, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers as well as a kettle and a toaster.
On the night side, the apartment has 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: suite with a double bed (140x190) with its own bathroom with shower and hair dryer
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190) that can be brought together to form a King Size bed (180x190)
- Bedroom 3: bunk beds (90x190) as well as a single bed (90x190)
A second bathroom with shower and macerating toilet is available and an independent toilet completes the accommodation for added comfort.
For your comfort, the apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
A private parking space is available outside at the bottom of the building. Additionally, a public car park is available nearby.
