From the balcony, you can have your meals while admiring the marine landscape. And to top it all off, the beach is just 25 metres away: you only need to cross the street to enjoy a refreshing swim first thing in the morning.
If you want to vary your pleasures, Erquy offers numerous activities to discover all the richness of its magnificent region.
You will first discover the living area, consisting of a living room equipped with a sofa bed offering additional sleeping space, comfortable armchairs and a television, all with direct access to the balcony.
The dining room is located in the extension of the living room, adjacent to the kitchen. It is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your meals: oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher are at your disposal.
At night, in addition to the sofa bed, you have a Queen size bed (160x200). The bathroom, meanwhile, has a washing machine and an iron, according to your needs.
To park, you can use the car park located just opposite the residence, visible in the photos.

Peut-être mettre le chauffage 48 h avant l'arrivée des locataires. Il avait été mis quelques heures avant et franchement il n'y a pas fait bien chaud toute la soirée, sans parler de la nuit et du lendemain. Mais ensuite c'était mieux.

C'est le problème des logements non habité hors saison, il faudrait peut-être laisser un tout petit peu de chauffage en permanence, ne serait-ce que pour préserver le logement lui-même. |
