Located right next to the town hall, on the seafront, with an incredible view of the majestic bay of La Baule, you will only have to cross the road to reach the large beach. All shops, restaurants and the market are within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. It's ideal for those who like to have everything at hand.
On the 5th floor of his residence with a lift, you will be dazzled by the view that opens up to you as soon as you enter the main room. You will be able to admire it from the balcony, comfortably seated in one of the armchairs, with a cool drink or a nice ice cream.
