Ideally located just 120 metres from La Baule beach, you can enjoy it at any time of day: morning walks, lazy afternoons or drinks with your feet in the sand, the sea will always be just a stone's throw away.
Close to shops and the many activities of the resort, it's impossible to get bored!
You will first discover a bright living room, equipped with a sofa bed with trundle for additional sleeping, comfortable armchairs and a television. Just behind is the dining area, with its table and access to the balcony.
You will also enjoy an independent and fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and toaster.
The bedroom will welcome you with its Queen Size bed (160x190) and direct access to the balcony. You will finish the tour with the bathroom, equipped in particular with a hairdryer. A washing machine that also serves as a tumble dryer is at your disposal in the accommodation.
For your comfort, a private underground parking space is available.
