Ideally located just 120 metres from La Baule beach, you can enjoy it at any time of day: morning walk, lazy afternoon or aperitif with your feet in the sand, the sea will always be just a step away.
Close to shops and the many activities of the resort, it will be impossible to get bored!
You will first discover a bright living area, equipped with a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping space, comfortable armchairs and a television. Just behind is the dining area, with its table and access to the balcony.
You will also enjoy an independent and fully equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and toaster.
The bedroom will welcome you with its Queen Size bed (160x190) and direct access to the balcony. You will end the visit with the bathroom, equipped notably with a hairdryer. A washing machine that also serves as a tumble dryer is at your disposal in the accommodation.
For your comfort, a private parking space in the basement is available.

If you like to put down your suitcases as you get off the train or not touch the car during your holidays, this apartment is made for you. Located right next to the town hall, on the seafront, with an incredible view of the majestic bay of La Baule, you will only have to cross the road to reach the large beach. All shops, restaurants and the market are within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. It's ideal for those who like to have everything at hand.
On the 5th floor of his residence with a lift, you will be dazzled by the view that opens up to you as soon as you enter the main room. You will be able to admire it from the balcony, comfortably seated in one of the armchairs, with a cool drink or a nice ice cream.
The main room consists of a kitchen equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. For breakfast, a kettle and a coffee maker are at your disposal.
