It is in a beautiful seafront residence with a lift that we offer you this 82m2 apartment, newly renovated, which can comfortably accommodate 6 people. You will appreciate its geographical location, on the Benoit beach, and very close to the La Baule-Le Pouliguen marina.
First, you will discover a large living area opening onto a balcony, fitted out for outdoor relaxation.
The new and modern kitchen will seduce you with its numerous facilities. You will find an induction hob, and a steam oven to prepare good meals. A fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher, and for your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee machine and another with Nespresso-type capsules.
A beautiful dining room with comfortable seats awaits you for delicious convivial moments around the table.
