Description
Come and relax and breathe the sea air in this apartment in La Baule-Escoublac. Thanks to its sea view, you can enjoy the blue of the ocean at any time of the day. In the morning, you can have your breakfast on the balcony breathing the scent of sea spray and then you will only have a few steps to go and tan and swim. Moreover, you will have all the amenities nearby, the apartment is close to shops and the Lajarrige district.
The 66 m2 accommodation located on the ground floor is fully renovated, cosy and equipped with new furniture. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room with sober decoration and bluish touches is a privileged place, as from here you can admire the bay of Pouliguen. This room will make you want to gather around the table or on the sofa to chat.
As for the kitchen, it is very well equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, freezer, citrus press, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle) and open to the dining room.
In the evening, you can go and rest in one of the two bedrooms in the apartment, both bright and fitted with new bedding, they will provide you with all the comfort necessary for a good night's sleep.
The accommodation also has a bathroom, a toilet, a washing machine, a travel cot, a high chair, a television, an iron and an ironing board.
*Some work is ongoing on the Boulevard (outside July/August) until the end of the year 2025.

Nous avons pris le service draps/, serviettes et ménage pour 132 euros pour 2 personnes pour 2 lits. Nous avons du faire et défaire nos lits nous mêmes, vider les poubelles et ranger la vaisselle. On a payé 80 euros de ménage pour être tranquille et see more

On a payé 80 euros de ménage pour être tranquille et on a dû faire nous mêmes la moitié et nous avons vu qu’ils sont à peine restés 30 min pour finaliser !! 30 min à 80 euros !!Aussi il n’y a pas d’internet et le réseau 4G ne passe pas dans l’appartement. Seulement sur la terrasse !
