Upon your arrival, you will discover the living area with its lounge corner equipped with a sofa and a television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a citrus press. You can share your meals at the indoor table, or you can also enjoy the one installed on the balcony.

On the night side, the apartment has 3 bedrooms:

It is in the middle of the great beach of La Baule that we propose to you this beautiful apartment for 6 people with clear sea views. Located on the 5th floor of the residence, it is a 180° panorama that opens up to you on the largest bay in Europe. You will have a front-row seat to the summer fireworks.

It is moreover this incredible landscape that you glimpse upon opening the front door, and which draws you towards the balcony. You will find a table and chairs there to take your meals in the open air, and sun loungers for pleasant naps or reading moments.

The living space consists of an open-plan kitchen with its central island, very welcoming during meal preparation. It is equipped with induction hobs, an oven and a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso pod coffee maker are at your disposal. Its lovely blue and wooden colours will make you want to enjoy fine seafood platters.

For this, a beautiful old wooden table will allow you to gather together. A lovely cosy and warm living room, with wooden decoration and soft colours, awaits you for great conversations in its armchairs and sofas, watching a good film or having an aperitif facing the sea.

The night area consists of 3 bedrooms. The first, with its Queen-size bed, the second, it has a double bed. Both overlook the park, in a peaceful setting.
