Located on the ground floor, this 100m2 apartment has a large living room equipped with two sofa beds, ideal for hosting guests. You also have access to a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for convivial meals. This apartment also has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200), another bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200) with reduced mobility access. The last bedroom, larger, has a Queen Size bed (160/200) plus two single beds (90/190). There are also two shower rooms, one with reduced mobility access, and a separate toilet.
