Upon leaving the residence, you only need to cross the promenade path along the beach to lay down your towel. It is located on the first floor (no lift) and benefits from an independent access to the residence.
First, you'll discover the living area with its fully equipped kitchen, including an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. To start the day well, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, and a toaster are at your disposal for delicious breakfasts. The kitchen has a dining area with a high table and a standing table, as well as a dining room with a large, friendly table for 6 people.
In the living room, you'll find a television and a sofa bed offering sleeping space for two, next to the bay window opening onto the balcony with its beautiful sea view.
On the sleeping side, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a Queen Size bed (160x190), as well as a bathroom with a shower, double sink, and hairdryer, and a separate toilet.
A parking space in the residence's private parking completes this property.
