If you love sunsets over the sea, sea spray, and the scent of iodine, we offer you the opportunity to spend your holiday in this 50 m² seafront apartment, which can accommodate 4 people.
It is located on the first floor of the residence, without a lift, and benefits from an independent access.
You enter the living area, with its fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals. You will find an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee maker will help you start the day well. You can have your meals in the dining area and relax in the living room, which consists of a sofa bed offering sleeping space for two people and a television.
From the small balcony, you can enjoy a sea view. You climb a few steps to access the night area, composed of two bedrooms, each offering a Queen Size bed (160x190), as well as a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a separate toilet.
A private parking space is also provided.
A small sauna is available in the residence.
