Die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war perfekt. Am Tag der Anreise wartete bereits Stéphane auf uns, den wir 15 Minuten vorher informiert hatten, dass wir gleich da sind. Der gesicherte Parkplatz wurde uns gezeigt. Dann die Funktionsweise der beiden Eingangstüren. In der Wohnung ist alles so wie angegeben. Die Bilder geben den Eindruck der Wohnung korrekt wieder. Stéphane ist ein außerordentlich netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch!Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man erreicht den Ort in wenigen Minuten, Mehrere Bäckereien sind im Umkreis, dazu ein Super U express. Die Abgabe der Schlüssel hat morgens um 8 Uhr auch perfekt funktioniert. Eine sehr gute Organisation vor Ort.Man kommt mit Englisch auch gut weiter, wenn man nicht alles auf französisch versteht.

Son emplacement central est un avantage mais aussi un inconvénient. étant donné que le loeent donne côté rue, c'est très bruyant la nuit et le matin tôt avec la circulation, les camions poubelles, les groupes qui font du bruit dans la rue (en face du parking public)... l'absence de climatisation ne nous a pas aidé à garder les fenêtres fermées et donc limiter le bruit. malgréun logement neuf, dommage que le matériel de cuisine ne suivent pas (pas performant), absence de Wi-Fi également qui a été un peu embêtant. En revanche, Stéphane de l'équipe Hoomy a été très attentif, rapide dans les échanges, disponible et arrangeant. merci Stephane ! |

Apartment ist ganz neu, wir waren die 2. Mieter. Die Lage ist perfekt, Lokale und Strand sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten Nummer 9, nach hinten ausgerichtet mit Blick auf Parkplatz. Störte uns nicht, da es dadurch sehr ruhig war. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Dame von der Vermietung war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und genau. En France il existe des chèques pour la caution. Si vous ne l'avez pas, vous devez déposer 800 euros en espèces. Les retraits aux distributeurs automatiques sont plafonnés à 300 euros par jour dans certains établissements. L'appartement est tout neuf, nous étions le 2ème locataire. L'emplacement est parfait, les restaurants et la plage sont accessibles à pied. Nous avions le numéro 9, face à l'arrière face au parking. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés car c'était très calme. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût et spacieux. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. La dame de la location était très serviable, sympathique et précise. |
