On the first level, you will find two balconies: the first is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the open air. It opens onto the living area, comprising a cosy lounge with a comfortable sofa for a TV break, a welcoming dining room and a modern fully equipped American kitchen: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

At this level there are also two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds. A bathroom, fitted with a washing machine and a hairdryer, completes this floor.
From one of the balconies, a spiral staircase leads you to the terrace, where a garden lounge awaits you for a moment of relaxation. You will also find an ideal space for a couple, comprising a bedroom with a double bed (140/190) and a private bathroom.
