Discover this apartment nestled on the 7th floor (with lift), which can accommodate up to 4 people. You will be charmed by its magnificent sea view, visible from almost all rooms.
You can enjoy your breakfast from the balcony before going to swim in the natural pool located just opposite the building. At high tide, it is ideal and very close; at low tide, you can instead enjoy the large beach of Les Sables-d'Olonne, its promenade, or set out to explore the surrounding area.
Upon your arrival, you will discover the large living area with its panoramic view of the ocean. You will find the lounge area with the sofa and television, as well as the dining table and access to the balcony. In the adjacent room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped: you will find ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: features a Queen Size bed (160/200) with sea view
Bedroom 2: features 2 single beds (90/190) with sea view
You will have access to a bathroom with a hairdryer and a washing machine available. There is a separate toilet.
To park, free and available spaces are available at the bottom of the residence.
