Composed of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster....), a dining area/dining room, a cozy living room and a TV lounge, these living spaces provide you with a beautiful relaxation area. At the back of the apartment, there is a courtyard bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The TV area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed.
For additional peace of mind, a closed and secure box is available at the back of the residence.
Located facing the Erdre and a few steps from the Talensac Market, its location will allow you to explore the city easily thanks to its central location close to free public transportation on weekends. You will find all amenities within a 100m radius: tram stop, bakery, market, supermarket....
Just a few steps from the cathedral and the historic center, you can visit the Dukes' Castle, the Museum of Arts, the Bouffay district, and the renowned Jardin des Plantes. You can also stroll through pedestrian streets for shopping and linger in a bistro or restaurant. The more daring aspects of the city await you on the Island of Nantes, near the Elephant and the Machines or during evenings at the Lieu Unique. To change your horizon, simply take the train or car to relax on the Atlantic beaches, just a 3/4 hour drive away.
Your arrival will be autonomous: you will simply need to collect your keys from a nearby hotel.

Gut ausgestattet, gute Lage um zu Fuß die Stadt zu besuchen, komfortabel, gut, dass Garage dabei ist (vielleicht Problem mit größerem Auto, sehr knapp geschnitten- MB C 300 T ging gerade so rein in Breite und Länge)
