Description
In a peaceful setting, this apartment in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île offers you an environment conducive to rejuvenating holidays. Located right in the centre of Noirmoutier, you will have everything within reach. Then, if you wish to enjoy a swim, two options are available to you: you can go to one of the surrounding beaches to enjoy the warm sand and salt water, or you can cool off in the swimming pool available in the estate.
The accommodation can welcome up to 4 people. The open-plan living area will allow you to share good times together: meals, films, conversations, enjoying a coffee on the balcony... As for the kitchen, it is well optimised and has everything you need to prepare good meals (two induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, freezer and Senseo coffee maker). Please note that the oven is unfortunately not functional.
Once evening comes, you will be able to go and rest in one of the two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed, their size makes them cosy havens. The accommodation also has a bathroom, an independent toilet, a hairdryer, a washing machine and an outdoor parking space.
*The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September (dimensions 20m by 8m, temperature between 21 and 24° unheated)
Located in the city centre and in an ideal area for families, the rental is situated at:
- 350 m from the restaurant "Le Fil Rouge"
- 350 m from the restaurant "L'Envol"

At Noirmoutier, you won't be bored, with its shops and entertainment throughout the summer. If you're discovering the island for the first time, don't forget your boots or put on your "jellyfish shoes", because here, the local sport is rock pooling, so equip yourself with a rake and a shellfish hook. The best way to get around is by bike to explore all the paths which have the great advantage of being completely flat!
