In a calm area, this apartment in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île offers you an environment conducive to rejuvenating holidays. Located in the heart of Noirmoutier, you will have everything nearby. Then, if you wish to enjoy a swim, two options are available to you: you can go to one of the surrounding beaches to enjoy the warm sand and salty water, or you can cool off in the pool provided in the estate.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. The open living area will allow you to share good moments together: meals, films, discussions, enjoying a coffee on the balcony... As for the kitchen, it is well optimised and has everything you need to prepare good meals (two induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, freezer and Senseo coffee maker). Please note that the oven is unfortunately not functional.
Once evening comes, you can go and rest in one of the two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed, their size making them cosy cocoons. The accommodation also has a bathroom, an independent toilet, a hairdryer, a washing machine and an outdoor parking space.
*The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September (dimensions 20m by 8m, temperature between 21 and 24° unheated)
Located in the city centre and in an ideal area for families, the rental is located at:

The best way to get around is by bicycle to explore all the paths that have the great advantage of being completely flat!
