Die Lage ist 1A, direkt an der Uferpromenade (Fußgängerzone) mit anschließendem Sandstrand. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr sauber, ruhig und mit angenehmen Publikum. Es gibt einen geschlossenen Parkplatz und eine Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang in den Wohnbereich (Aufzug). Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und sehr hell, perfekt für eine Familie mit zwei bis drei Kindern Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht, funktionell und ansprechend.
