You will enjoy a garden and private terrace with barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. Between swimming, water activities and walks along the coastal path, the sea will punctuate your daily life.
Pass through the front door and discover a cosy lounge area, ideal for getting together in the evening, comfortably settled on the sofa in front of the **television.** Share your meals around the dining table designed for 5 people, or enjoy the one on the terrace on fine days. The kitchen, independent and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave), provides you with everything you need to cook as at home. For your breakfasts, you will find **a filter coffee maker, a Tassimo machine,** a kettle and a toaster.
The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms: the first is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), the second with a single bed (90x190 cm), and the third, accessible via the second, also has a double bed (140x190 cm).
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a hairdryer and a toilet. Please note that the bathroom is only 1.80m in height.
A washing machine is also at your disposal.
Finally, you will be able to park your vehicles safely in the private courtyard of the property.
