First-floor apartment with independent entrance, offering two double bedrooms (140cm beds) and a convertible sofa, thus accommodating up to 6 people.

The kitchen and TV-WIFI lounge give you access to a 16m² terrace with no overlooking neighbours, furnished with garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers and shade sails in fine weather) and a plancha. A bathroom with walk-in shower (2025 renovation) and a separate WC complete the rental.
