First-floor apartment with independent entrance, offers two double bedrooms (140 cm beds) and a convertible sofa that can thus accommodate up to 6 people.

The accommodation consists of an independent equipped kitchen with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, citrus press and dishwasher. The kitchen and TV-WIFI lounge give you access to a 16m² terrace without overlooking neighbours, with garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers and shade cloths on beautiful days) and a plancha. A bathroom with an Italian shower (renovation 2025) and an independent toilet complete the rental.
A hairdryer, an iron and a washing machine are also provided for maximum comfort.

Stay at the peaceful residence "Voiles & Golf" located 20m from the "des Grandes Vallées" beach, a sheltered cove protected from the wind near a restaurant and 600m from the town of Sainte-Marie sur Mer.

The ground floor apartment with terrace level of 80m² has three double bedrooms. (Two 140 cm beds and bunk beds) thus able to accommodate up to 6 people.

The accommodation consists of an independent fitted and equipped kitchen with electric hobs as well as all the necessary kitchen and household appliances to help you feel at home; fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, chopper and kettle. A living room with TV and WiFi access leads to a 45m² wooden terrace with outdoor furniture; sunbeds and electric sun canopy. A bathroom with an independent toilet completes the rental.
