The accommodation is located within the "Claire Marine" residence, thus offering an ideal location, with private access to the "customs paths" leading to "La Plage de la Birochère" and the Alliance Pornic Resort Thalasso & Spa.
It features a cabin room with a double bed of 140 (recent bedding 2025) and a single sleeping area in the mezzanine (70 bed). A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 4 people.
The open kitchen overlooking the living room-TV is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hobs, a microwave-grill, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a citrus press and kitchen utensils. A bathroom with WC completes the rental. A hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a washing machine are at your disposal.
Enjoy the sea view from the terrace with outdoor table and chairs.
A private parking space and a bicycle storage room are available within the residence.
