Très bien situé (accès commerces, restau et marché à pied), vue imprenable sur le port d'échouage, de l'animation en raison du rond-point (mais bruit de circulation), départs de balades en bord de mer, bornes de recharge électrique Ouest Charge à 2 pas (1 x 50kW à 100m, 4 x 22kW à 500m), grand séjour-cuisine, stationnement privé, 2 balcons, 2 chambres calmes. L'équipement est complet et tout est neuf. Seule la TV mériterait un plus grand écran que ce timbre poste, mais ça dissuade de la regarder ;-). Internet haut-débit via fibre est de la partie. 1 WC dans l'unique salle de bain. A découvrir absolument. |

Thanks, the flat was great for a family to stay a couple of days. We liked the bedding arrangements but We found the kitchen/bathroom could do with a little updating. All the same, we had a good time at the flat.

For your holiday in Pornichet, we have found an apartment for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child) on the 5th floor (with lift) of a seafront residence.
When you leave the building, you will only need to cross the road to find yourself on the beach. You will also find several restaurants nearby and a few steps will be enough to reach the town centre. An ideal location for those who like to be in the heart of the summer atmosphere (merry-go-round, street entertainment in summer, concerts...).
On entering the accommodation, you will first discover a first sleeping area in a "cabin" with bunk beds in the entrance. The bottom bed can be suitable for an adult, but not the top one.
The living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a toaster. In the living room, you will find a dining area and a TV lounge, all with a magnificent sea view. You can access the balcony from the living room and from the bedroom.
