The recently renovated flat features a large terrace overlooking the courtyard with no overlooking neighbours, allowing you to enjoy fresh air and outdoor meals. Next, you will find a spacious kitchen-dining room. Its large windows and the dining room's ceiling height make it a very pleasant space. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has ceramic hob plates, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, an automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. It opens onto the large dining table where you can gather for shared moments and enjoy good meals. Finally, you will find the lounge, a cosy corner ideal for a moment of relaxation in front of the television.
Located in a small, quiet condominium, the triplex has 7 bedrooms and has been arranged to accommodate a maximum of 10 adults, and 2 to 5 children (bunk beds are not suitable for adults). Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms with queen-size beds and light green colours, they provide you with an atmosphere conducive to rest. On the first floor, three other bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, the second has a bunk bed and an atmosphere suitable for children, finally the last one has two bunk beds and a single bed, it will delight children who will enjoy gathering there. Finally, on the top floor, two other bedrooms with a large double bed await you.
For even greater comfort, the accommodation has two bathrooms, a bathroom, two separate toilets, a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as the possibility of parking a car. If needed, childcare equipment is available: (travel cot, high chair, changing table, stair gates...)
