The 43m² apartment with the evocative name "The Setting Sun" offers a panoramic view of the Ocean and the mouth of the Loire and is located just 100m from "Pine Beach" and the town centre of "Les Pins" with its shops, craftspeople, and local market. It has a double bedroom (two 80cm beds that can be joined to make 160cm) and can thus accommodate two people.
The lounge-living room with TV and WIFI connection provides access to a 13m² terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, freezer fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. The rental also has a balcony with no overlooking neighbours, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers are also at your disposal.
