The 40m² apartment is located in the "Mer & Soleil" residence in the "L'Ermitage" district, which is located at the edge of "La forêt de la pierre attelée", the only dune forest in the department and facing the sea.

Able to accommodate up to 4 people, it has a bedroom with a bunk bed and a double pull-out bed in the living room. The living room with TV gives access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The rental also has a washing machine and a hairdryer. A shower room and a toilet complete the rental. You have a private parking space and also benefit from the common areas of the residence, which include a library, ping pong table, mini-golf and an outdoor children's play area.
