You will be able to enjoy a superb loggia, a real asset of the accommodation. Fitted with a table that can accommodate up to 4 people, this space will allow you to savour your meals overlooking the sea and enjoy an unobstructed view of the ocean in every season.
Inside, as soon as you enter, you will discover a beautiful, bright and welcoming living space. The lounge, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a television, invites you to relax after a day of strolling by the seaside. A large French door naturally extends this space towards the loggia and lets in beautiful natural light. Extending from the lounge, a dining area with a table for 2 people will allow you to share your meals in a friendly atmosphere.
The open-plan American kitchen, with induction hob, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and everything you need to cook as at home.
On the night side, the apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation for added comfort.
To facilitate your stay, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, a fan as well as a table and an iron.
Although there is no private parking space, you will find free parking spaces on the avenue in front of the residence. If you have a motorcycle or bicycles, you can store them safely in a small garage at your disposal in the basement of the residence (small space that cannot accommodate a car).
