Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a coffee overlooking the ocean or admiring the sunsets.
Inside, upon your arrival, you will discover a bright and welcoming living space. The lounge comprises a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a television, ideal for moments of relaxation. A large bay window brings beautiful light and provides access to the balcony with an exceptional sea view. As an extension, a round table allows you to share meals for two in a warm atmosphere. The open-plan American kitchen, opening onto the living space, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home. A second high table with two stools completes this space.
On the night side, the apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe.
A bathroom with shower and hair dryer as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation for added comfort.
