Très bien placé, espace vert en bas de l’appartement, au parking à traverser, puis la rue et qui mène à la mer ! Faire attention aux cyclistes qui passent sur le trottoir que l’on traverse pour accès à la mer !

Places de parking gratuites en bas de la résidence sans difficultés. Prévoir les condiments (filtres café, café, sucre, sel, poivre, huile...), dosettes lave-vaisselle, draps, serviettes, torchons. Pas de machine à laver. |
