Welcome to Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez in this charming furnished apartment located on the 3rd floor of a quiet and secure residence with a lift. Offering breathtaking views of the ocean from its balcony, it is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. The beach is right opposite, directly accessible by crossing the road. Just a few steps from shops and the town centre, everything is easily accessible on foot. Swimming, water activities and walks along the beach will punctuate your holiday.
Pass through the front door and discover a pleasant, bright living space with direct access to the balcony offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave) and allows you to cook as you would at home. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker as well as an L'OR Barista capsule machine.
