The apartment on the ground floor is located in a small recent residence. For a weekend or a vacation stay, 4 people will immediately feel at ease in this rental with its bright and natural colors. The 2 bedrooms have comfortable bedding. The bathroom, functional and quite large, has an Italian shower. The large living room is organized into a lounge area with a large sofa and TV with free bouquet, dining area and kitchen (induction) which extends into a corner of the living room. All the equipment is available, on the worktops or in the various storage areas. Directly accessible, the terrace includes garden furniture. Its privacy is protected by a hedge and a wire fence. In a quiet street in Saint-Hilaire, the accommodation is associated with two parking spaces within the secure residence as well as a bicycle garage. For daily comfort and in all seasons, free wifi and gas boiler are part of the apartment's services.
From the apartment in Saint Hilaire de Riez, you have direct access to the bike paths and trails of the Vendée coast. During your hikes and walks, you will follow the coastline, pass over the ledge, cross the wooded dunes. Each circuit is an opportunity to alternate varied landscapes, with the sea as a horizon. 200 m from the rental, you can enjoy multiple activities on the large beach of Sion. Sports and nautical activities, beach clubs and relaxation make up your program. Restaurants, terraces, shops are also nearby to freely enjoy your holidays in Vendée, decorated with seafood or sardines. From Saint-Hilaire, it is also recommended to take advantage of the surrounding sites such as the port of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie (3km away), the seaside resort of Les Sables d'Olonne, the salt marshes of Noirmoutier Island or the cliffs of Île d'Yeu.

Location excellent. Near the beach. In July and August bus round the corner runs from St Gilles Crox de Vie along the coast, only 50c per person. Terrace shady which was good as temperatures very high! Bakery nearby, also bars and a few restaurants. see more

Have travelled for 50 years and have never had to pay extra for sheets and towels. Cushions for terrace furniture would have been welcome. Having to arrange time for departure in advance. Air conditioning..or lack of!
