This is a lovely gem that we are presenting to you on the Atlantic coast, in the municipality of St Hilaire de Riez. This charming apartment is nestled on the 5th floor of its residence, with a lift, and offers you a magnificent sea view. Becs beach is 50 m from the entrance door of the building, you will truly have your feet in the water.
With an area of 40 m², the accommodation includes a lovely bedroom with a double bed and sea view, and has a second sleeping space for two people in the sofa bed in the living room.
The main room includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with an induction hob, a large fridge-freezer that can accommodate large seafood platters. It also has a chilled water fountain. You will be able to prepare good meals thanks to the microwave oven with its grill function. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle and two coffee makers (filter and Senseo) are also at your disposal.
You will be able to enjoy your meals in the dining area, or on the loggia around a delicious plancha, always with a view of the sea.
