Comfortable, fully equipped and benefiting from an unobstructed sea view, it is an ideal pied-à-terre to fully enjoy the Vendée coastline.
The essential asset of this apartment is the superb loggia, pleasant in all seasons, with its magnificent view of the ocean. Directly accessible from the living room through a large bay window that opens fully to enlarge the living space, this area is fitted with a small high table and stools, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or admiring the sunsets at the end of the day.
Inside the apartment, upon your arrival, you will discover a welcoming and bright living area. The living room space consists of two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a television, inviting relaxation after a day by the sea. Nearby, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 3 people to share your meals. The open, modern and functional American kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook as if at home.
