Directly accessible from the living room through a large bay window that opens fully to enlarge the living space, this area is furnished with a small high table and stools, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or admiring the sunsets at the end of the day.

Inside the apartment, upon your arrival, you will discover a welcoming and bright living space. The lounge area consists of two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a television, inviting you to relax after a day by the seaside.
