Facing the ocean and just a few steps from the 5 Pineaux beach, this charming 50 m² apartment, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, welcomes you for a rejuvenating family stay. Ideally located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, it offers an exceptional sea view and direct access to the coast.
Outside, you will enjoy a small garden with a pleasant 17 m² terrace with sea views and direct access to the seafront. Furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers and a plancha, it will be perfect for your outdoor meals and relaxation moments facing the ocean.
Inside, you will discover a bright living space: the lounge, comprising two sofas and a television, opens onto the terrace through a large bay window revealing a lovely view of the Ocean. The adjoining dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 4 people for sharing your meals. The open-plan American kitchen, equipped with both gas and electricity, includes: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee makers and Senseo, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as if you were at home.
On the night side, the apartment has 2 sleeping areas:
- Bedroom: one double bed (140x190)
- Hallway: two single pull-out beds (80x190), accessible only for children
A bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation.
A parking space is available in a garage in the basement of the building, capable of accommodating a medium-sized car (4x4 impossible given the parking height of 1m80).
For your comfort, the accommodation is located on the ground floor of a building with a lift and it is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
