Outside, enjoy 35 m² of terrace to have your meals in the open air, relax on the sun loungers or share some lovely summer barbecues around the barbecue.
Inside the apartment, you will discover a beautiful bright living space comprising a cosy lounge area with television, a welcoming dining area, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Thanks to its bay windows, you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden and direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen, modern and functional, allows you to cook as if at home: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils are at your disposal.
On the sleeping side, the bedroom, located to the right of the living space, has a double bed (140x200) and storage for a comfortable stay. At the back of the apartment, the modern bathroom includes a shower, a hairdryer and WC.
For added comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and two parking spaces located right in front of the accommodation.
*The enclosed garden is currently being developed: plants will soon be installed there for more privacy from the road.

As a couple or with family, everyone appreciates this apartment located in a small residence near the sea. For peaceful nights during a weekend or holiday stay, the rental includes a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. The open kitchen, very well equipped, opens directly onto the dining space. The decoration, recent and carried out with care, features current furniture and soothing colours, on a parquet-type flooring. The sheltered balcony is furnished with garden furniture to enjoy the sea air. Since they are often part of the family, small pets are accepted in this accommodation.
