Welcome to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in this superb fully renovated apartment, ideal for welcoming up to 8 travellers. Located on the 1st floor without a lift in a quiet residence, it offers a balcony with an unobstructed view of the river. Just 1.5 km from the beach, you will enjoy swimming, walks and water activities throughout your stay. Shops, restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance for a hassle-free holiday. A perfect pied-à-terre to discover the Vendée coast with family or friends.
Pass through the front door and discover a large living space of nearly 50 m² with direct access to the balcony.
