It's an unobstructed view, facing the sea and overlooking the marina, that you will discover from the balcony of this apartment located in the Bois de Bourgenay residence, a sought-after address on the Vendée coast. This furnished accommodation, designed for 4 people, is waiting just for you!
From the entrance, upon entering the main room, the view immediately draws you towards the 8 m² balcony. There you will find garden furniture for your outdoor meals and two loungers to relax. An electric barbecue is also available for good grilling facing the marina.
The main room consists of a fully equipped open kitchen. To prepare good little dishes, you will have at your disposal a single induction hob, an oven and a microwave. There is also a combined fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and, for breakfasts, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a capsule machine "Dolce Gusto", as well as a toaster and an electric citrus press.
A table with its four chairs makes up the dining area. The living room, overlooking the balcony, welcomes you with its two lovely rattan armchairs and its sofa bed for two people. The other sleeping area is located in a bedroom with a double bed and storage spaces. Finally, a bathroom with an Italian shower and an independent toilet complete the layout of this recently renovated apartment.
This apartment does not have a washing machine, but an automatic laundry is located 150 m from the residence. Parking is public and free, and you have an electric vehicle charging point at the foot of the residence. To enjoy the facilities of the residence, you will find pétanque balls and a set of 7 golf clubs. The residence has a community pool area, with four pools including a paddling pool for the little ones. It is accessible thanks to the four bracelets you will find in the accommodation. Finally, you will find a hairdryer and a straightening brush in the bathroom.
