You will have the pleasure of discovering Barbatre, a small town on the Vendée coast, which is particularly pleasant, especially in summer. The house, fully equipped, will welcome you with all the necessary comfort, and a garden will allow you to enjoy the sun in the morning. A covered terrace will also offer you a pleasant space to have lunch in the shade. The first beach is only 900 m from the house, ideal for cooling off and relaxing whenever you want.
In this house, you will first discover the living room, with its sofa and the dining room, equipped with a decorative fireplace. Right next door, you will find the master suite, composed of a 140/190 bed and a bathroom with WC.
At the end of the corridor, you will access two other bedrooms: one of them is equipped with a 140/190 bed, while the second has two 90/190 beds, which can be joined together to form a large bed. You will also find a bathroom and a separate toilet.
At the end of the corridor, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, as well as a toaster and all the utensils needed to prepare your meals. You will also have access to the patio, where you can enjoy your meals outside at the table provided for this purpose. The back kitchen and the garage, which can accommodate up to five bikes if necessary, complete this space.

For your stay on the island of Noirmoutier, we offer you this lovely restored house (2024) of 75 m² on a plot of 300 m². The house is perfect for 6 adults and 1 child. You will discover a charming town garden with its synthetic lawn and sunbeds, as well as a lovely wooden terrace for dining outside.
You enter through the living area, with the TV lounge space on the left and the dining area on the right around a beautiful friendly table with lovely chairs in sunny colours. To prepare good meals, a fully equipped large American kitchen is at your disposal. You will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob. A dishwasher is also there to spare you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso pod coffee maker.
On the night side, we discover a beautiful master bedroom with its Queen Size bed (160/200) and its beautiful private bathroom, with a bathtub and a large washbasin.
