As soon as you arrive, let yourself be seduced by the wooded garden, a green area furnished with a synthetic lawn. The spacious 40 m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture, invites you to enjoy convivial moments outside. The motorized bioclimatic pergola, with its integrated lighting, will allow you to extend your evenings in the open air.
Inside, the chalet combines modernity and comfort. The American kitchen, fully equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, is perfect for preparing delicious meals.
The living room is air conditioned, the perfect place to relax in front of the TV after a day exploring the area. Each room is designed to offer a relaxing and pleasant environment, ensuring everyone a restful sleep. The first is the master suite with a queen size bed and an adjoining shower room. The second has a double bed and the last has two single beds.
You will discover a second shower room.
For your convenience, the chalet is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You will appreciate the calm and security offered by the domain, which is secured by a digicode gate and video surveillance.

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nous deux enfants (5 ans et 1 ans ) dans cette résidence sécurisée, ce fut un vrai coup de cœur pour la région, énormément de choses à faire, accès en vélo partout, 5 minutes de la mer ... le bungalow est grand lusee more

L'accueil d'Hoomy est vraiment super, très professionnel. La piscine est à deux pas du logement, couverte toute l'année, munie d'un bassin pour les petits ( 40cm) tout est propre . |

Les espaces sont suffisamment spacieux, la terrasse extérieure et son mobilier sont très agréables. La grande piscine couverte et chauffée est un gros plus. L'emplacement est également intéressant, avec une piste cyclable juste devant la résidence, tout est accessible facilement en vélo (le centre ville et la mer à moins de 10min). Bref, je recommande totalement cette location. |
