Dive into an unforgettable holiday experience by booking this superb modern and spacious 70 m² chalet, bathed in natural light thanks to its large bay window and south-facing orientation. With a fully equipped 40 m² terrace and a private garden, enjoy convivial moments outdoors around the barbecue or simply relax under the pergola while admiring the sunset. For your next holiday, rest and nature will be on the agenda!
This comfortable and modern chalet in a calm and secure residence (with a digital code gate and video surveillance) will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation and leisure thanks to the large indoor and heated swimming pool, the playground for young children, the petanque court, and the proximity to the beach, which is located 2 km away, allowing you to savour sunbathing, water sports (sailing, kite-surfing, surfing), walking or horse riding.
The living area consists of three distinct spaces: the open kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an American fridge, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle; then the dining area where you can gather around good meals; and finally the nicely furnished living room, a cosy corner to relax in front of the television.
Once night has fallen, you can go and rest in one of the 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and television, the second with a double bed and the last with a trundle bed. The chalet can thus comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
At your disposal, two bathrooms and two toilets for maximum convenience.
Indoor and heated swimming pool (28°C in summer, 25°C in winter, unsupervised), open from 15 March to 15 November.
You will be able to park up to 2 cars in front of the chalet. On the site, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles - risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.
