The dining room table invites you to gather around a delicious meal prepared by yourself, while the TV sofa area will invite you to relax after a long day of activities. No worries in case of high temperatures, the living room is air-conditioned. A bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as an independent toilet complete the living area.
On the night side, you will find a first master bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a television and its adjoining bathroom with WC, the other two bedrooms are each equipped with a single bed (80x190).
The large terrace fitted out and equipped with a pergola with an electric shutter will allow you to enjoy the outdoors in all weathers. It has an outdoor fitted kitchen with a plancha, a large table, garden furniture and sunbeds. Everything you need to enjoy beautiful summer barbecues and lounge in the Vendée sunshine.
