Night side you will find a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a television and its en-suite bathroom with WC, the two other bedrooms are each equipped with a single bed (80x190).
The large terrace fitted out and equipped with a pergola with electric blind will allow you to enjoy the outdoors in all weather. It has an equipped outdoor kitchen with a plancha, a large table, garden furniture and sun loungers. Everything you need to enjoy lovely summer barbecues and relax in the Vendée sunshine. Charming 40 m² chalet in the quiet and private Saint Hilaire estate. For 6 people, you have two lovely bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two bunk beds, and the last with two single beds ideal for a stay with friends or family. Enjoy the garden with terrace and plancha to share your aperitifs, a relaxing moment worthy of a holiday! The sun loungers will allow you to relax and sunbathe peacefully whilst the children enjoy the covered swimming pool of the estate which is unattended.
The beach is located 1.5km away, just a few minutes' walk, and you'll be able to enjoy it. The highly sought-after Atlantique Toboggan water park is also just a stone's throw away.
