Chalet in a closed and secure residence of 40 m², welcoming, modern and air-conditioned in St Hilaire de Riez, which has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a garden with a 18 m² veranda, a 15 m² terrace and its garden furniture. The accommodation is equipped with WiFi internet access and a television. You also have access to a non-supervised heated collective swimming pool. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave and ceramic hobs, a refrigerator and a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
For more convenience, you will have a private parking space near the accommodation. On the premises, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles on the site – risk of general power outage. Charging stations are available in the city.
