Embark on a discovery of the coast of light in this charming residence located in a verdant setting and a few kilometres from the ocean. This restored former farmhouse is ideal for a peaceful stay, with family or friends. The 180m2 house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people in the 5 bedrooms. Two bathrooms and two separate toilets complete the sleeping area. You will appreciate the large living space and its opening onto the sunny terrace overlooking a lush and preserved countryside. The open kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, baby chair... You also have electric heating, WiFi access and a television. Young and old will be charmed by the large garden and the 40m2 fitted terrace, which will allow you to share a delicious barbecue while enjoying the Vendée sunshine.

Grande maison pour profiter entre amis. Plusieurs chambres pour que chacun ai son intimité. Une grande pièce de vie et 3 salle de bains. Un grand terrain extérieur très agréable pour profiter du beau temps. Mobiliers d'extérieur un peu petits poursee more

Maison agréable à vivre (spacieuse et lumineuse). Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. Par contre maison pour 12 personnes mais la table de jardin était pour 8 personnes .....il serait souhaitable d'avoir une table pour 12 personnes ainsi qsee more

Par contre maison pour 12 personnes mais la table de jardin était pour 8 personnes .....il serait souhaitable d'avoir une table pour 12 personnes ainsi que les chaises correpondantes. Il n'y avait pas de parasol (alors qu'il faisait très chaud)...... Prévoir des multi-prises dans la cuisine pour pouvoir brancher plusieurs appareils en même temps. |
