Located on the first line of the seafront, between Betey beach and Mauret beach, thanks to the cycle path that passes just in front of the gate, you will reach Andernos town centre in a few pedal strokes.
It is also the family house where you will enjoy going with friends or with children to fish just in front of the house, take your fishing nets or start paddle or canoe. Serenity and comfort of a warm family home.
It is a place for epicureans who will appreciate the functionality of the building, sufficient equipment but finally quite simple so as not to be encumbered by the unnecessary.

For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a raclette machine will allow you to start the day well. To add conviviality to your meals, you will also find a stone grill, a raclette appliance, and a large paella pan. When it's time to sit at the table, you can either gather around the dining room table or settle on the terrace facing the sea, and why not take the opportunity to prepare and enjoy good grilled dishes on the charcoal barbecue.
To relax and gather, the large cathedral living room with its beautiful decorative fireplace has two comfortable sofas and a television, it opens onto the terrace and will be the heart of the house.
A first bedroom is also located on the ground floor, with a Queen size bed (160/200) and a glass door leading to the terrace, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and WC.
Upstairs, the mezzanine overlooks the spacious living room to serve three bedrooms, three bathrooms each with a washbasin and a bathtub, and an independent WC. The first bedroom offers a Queen size bed (160/200), the second, two single beds (90/190) and the last, two single beds (90/190) and a wooden baby bed. The house also has numerous facilities for toddlers, such as a bathtub, a high chair, a potty, and a Babycook.
