In the calm of a residential district of Andernos-les-Bains, we have discovered for your holiday this contemporary house for 4 adults and 4 children. Its large enclosed and tree-lined garden located behind the house welcomes you with its new garden lounge, it is a true bubble of tranquillity, which nonetheless remains close to all amenities.
Upon entering the house, one discovers a large cathedral-style living space, with large bay windows offering a wide view of the garden. In the centre, the living room is arranged around a contemporary fireplace (available and swept), offering a large relaxation area. Opposite, the kitchen and its large friendly table will allow you to prepare good meals, thanks to its numerous equipment. You will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, and an induction and gas hob to cook good meals. A dishwasher is also there to spare you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.
Two children's bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. As the staircase is not secure for them, the upstairs will be reserved for adults. In each of the children's bedrooms, you will find a single bed (90/190) and its pull-out bed, allowing 4 children to sleep in total. A bathroom with a large shower, as well as an independent toilet, complete the ground floor.
The visit continues upstairs. First, you discover a mezzanine with a Queen Size bed (160/200) overlooking a small balcony (not secure for children).
